Modern life is hard.

We are all going too fast and need to find practical ways of overcoming some of the biggest health issues of our times: stress, anxiety and depression.

A lot of that stress is lifestyle-based, but for many people, there are inner sources of stress too.

Modern nueroscience has found that when not engaged in an activity requiring concentration, our default mindset is to "find error" with ourselves - in other words, we become critical, judgemental and perfectionistic towards ourselves, and this in turn creates a lot of internally-driven stress, anxiety and self-doubt.

So in this section I am collating my best articles and resources to help you live your life in a kinder -and less stressful- way.
