“Practicing” relaxation is an essential skill that can quickly help you to feel more positive, settled and at ease – in fact just one yoga session has been shown to boost the calming neurotransmitter GABA by 27% and can seriously boost serotonin as well!

Think of this as your daily self-care ritual to reset your nervous system and come back to your centre. Gradually, it’ll become easier and easier to access this place of groundedness and balance in your everyday life.
