A couple of years ago I created a full-length webinar on how to bring daily, weekly, monthly and yearly self-care habits into your schedule to create a new lifestyle based on wellness, vitality, balance and joy. It was hugely popular, (but kind of long), so I have updated the content and spread it over 4 more bite-sized videos for easier digestion!

- How to identify your unmet needs
- Why and how you may be sabotaging your own self-care
- Journal questions to examine and ponder before setting up any new self-care routine.
