My name is Sharee James and I help (mostly) women to reconnect with their true selves and live from their centre of inner peace, passion and well-being.

I’ve been joyfully exploring the intersections of personal development, spirituality and alternative medicine for many years now and I am a fully qualified naturopath, yoga and meditation teacher and mindfulness coach.

As well as helping countless patients with their health and lifestyle issues in clinical practice, I’ve run life-changing spiritual retreats in the Himalayas of Nepal for the last 7 years, have had thousands of people go through my free online meditation course and I’m regularly featured as a wellness expert on top sites, podcasts and magazines such as Mind Body Green, Yoga Life, Casa De Karma and PersonalGrowth.com to name a few.

I love nothing more than helping my clients to redesign their lifestyles and daily habits and seeing them move from stuck & stressed to feeling more calm, joy and aliveness than ever before.

At the moment I’m working behind-the-scenes on my first, in-depth online program “The Calmer Mind Course” that will launch in early 2017.

I’m an Aussie girl, and grew up in beautiful Perth, Western Australia but I caught the travel bug in my 20s and have since lived and travelled in many countries and am currently in the midst of another world trip, living in Sicily for the next few months then heading to Mexico for the winter. Morocco, India and of course, Nepal are 3 of my favourite countries so far.

I’ve been with my Sicilian partner for almost 7 years and sadly, must admit some defeat with trying to improve his health…he is still completely addicted to espresso and pasta…though I have managed to get him onto spelt and kamut pasta rather than that gut-destroying regular stuff! I guess opposites do attract 😃

I’m part introverted nerd and part hippie-at-heart and some of my favourite things to do are to read, drink herbal tea and have deep chats with my closest girlfriends, read, fire-twirl,  meditate, stretch it all out in candle-lit yoga, read, have an occasional wiggle to some good funk or afro-beat, invent healthy desserts, watch British comedies and SBS documentaries with my sweetie, and oh, did I mention, read? I love reading spiritual, Buddhist and philosophical classics as well as the latest research on neuroscience and some Game of Thrones for good measure.
